#moving on for real this time
There are currently 1557 messages in my inbox.
Most of them were asked 3+ months ago and I’m just going to assume that if you haven’t already asked someone else, you have probably given up on me answering it.
I know I said I would go back and answer questions every now and then until I emptied my inbox. I now realize how crazy ambitious that was.
I’m here to tell you that I won’t.
And I’m terribly sorry if you are still waiting for a reply because it will not come.
It is a private message not asking for advice. If you have sent me a sweet message I will reply to it, I promise.
And I will keep all of the sweet anon messages in my inbox as well. Maybe I will answer those, I don’t really know.
But all other messages will be deleted.
When I am done I will write a long post to put a final end to this blog.

So I've been struggling with weight gain because yes I've upped my calories but I find I can only stick to healthy foods such as fruit, veggies, granola bars... How did you gain weight successfully?! Did you also have unhealthy food? I want a bowl of cereal but I can't because I find there's too much added sugar, so what do I do? I want to gain weight but don't like having donuts and bagels...
You should take a look at my intakes from when I was gaining weight. I definitely didn’t only eat healthy. I had donuts and bagels and cake and chocolate and sweets and cheese pizza, etc. If you want a bowl of cereal, GET A BOWL OF CEREAL. I promise you that it won’t make you unhealthy.
And are you sure you don’t like having donuts and bagels? Or is it your eating disorder that is uncomfortable with them?
When you are in recovery it’s very, very important to challenge your eating disorder constantly so you can show it that you are stronger.
I don’t want to go the rest of my life constantly worrying about what I eat and what is and isn’t “ok” to eat. Should food be a priority? Yes, definitely. But it shouldn’t be everything. It shouldn’t be the reason you can’t go out and enjoy yourself.
Please challenge yourself and eat the foods you are scared of. The fear and anxiety won’t last forever!

Any ideas for a good healthy vegan lunch!? I'm running out of ideas and find myself eating the same things :(

Soup, sandwiches, nachos(ok maybe not the healthiest but they’re yummy so who cares), oatmeal if you’re that kind of person(I am), lots of fruit with peanut butter. pesto pasta or pasta with a tomato sauce, falafels, nut roast, lentil bake, lasagna(I have a recipe for a really great raw lasagna on my other blog which is super healthy), vegetable korma(you can make it for dinner and have leftovers for lunch), mac and cheese(also have a recipe for this on my other blog). YOU CAN HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT.

I am very confused right now. Im in recovery for my ed and I have been eating more. I do exercise but now because I feel I have to but because I enjoy reading and walking. Anywho, I weighed myself about a few weeks to a month ago and then I weighed myself tonight after I ate my snack( half a bag of granola :) it was good) and before my shower. IVE LOST WEIGHT!! I am so confused on why I have not gained. I have been eating more:(

Recovery can really speed up your metabolism and you need to eat as much as you can to restore your health. Please make an effort to eat more and move less. You can do it!!

Going on 8 cinnamon rolls for the day? Too many? Nope, sorry I just looked up the health benefits and APPARENTLY they'll make me fat. Well, they better! :) Thank you for helping me to realize I need to give my body what it wants sometimes, even if it's not the healthiest.
